1. When you sign up
To create an account you must tick a box confirming that you are at least 18, that you agree to our Terms of Service (and, for Pros, the Pro Agreement), and that you have read our Privacy Policy. The box is never pre-ticked. We record which versions you accepted, when, and from which IP address.
If you sign up with Google, you'll be asked to accept the same documents the first time you sign in.
When we make a material change to these documents, we'll ask you to accept the new version.
2. Marketing emails (Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation)
We only send marketing emails - news, tips and offers - if you opt in, using a separate, unticked box at sign-up or in your privacy settings.
Every marketing email identifies 102243324 Saskatchewan Inc. (operating as Master of All Trades), includes our mailing address and contact information, and has a working unsubscribe link. Unsubscribes take effect within 10 business days, usually immediately.
Service messages - account and security emails, receipts, quotes, messages and booking updates, and notices of changes to our terms - are part of the service and are sent whether or not you opt in to marketing.
3. Cookies
Necessary cookies are always on because the site can't work without them. Optional cookies (such as advertising) stay off until you choose "Accept all" or turn them on in Cookie settings. "Necessary only" is always as easy to choose as "Accept all". We keep a record of each choice, and we honour the Global Privacy Control browser signal as a refusal of advertising cookies. Details: Cookie Policy.
4. Forms
Forms only ask for what's needed for that purpose, and optional fields are marked. We explain on the form, or in these policies, why we're asking. Sensitive information such as government ID is only collected with your express consent for Pro verification.
5. Changing your mind
- Marketing emails: your privacy settings or the unsubscribe link.
- Cookies: Cookie settings, in the footer of every page.
- Anything else, including withdrawing consent for verification documents or closing your account: our privacy request form or munshisaimuddin@gmail.com.
