Review Policy

1. Who can review

Only a customer who made a booking with a Pro through Master of All Trades can review that Pro, once per booking. This helps make sure reviews come from real experiences.

2. What a review should be

• Your own honest experience with that job and that Pro.
• About the service - quality, communication, punctuality, price and professionalism.
• Respectful and free of personal information (addresses, phone numbers, other people's names), hate, threats, profanity or discrimination.

3. What is not allowed

• Pros reviewing themselves, their friends, family, employees or competitors - or anyone reviewing a business they have a connection to.
• Offering or accepting money, discounts, free services or any other benefit in exchange for a review, or only for a positive review.
• Pressuring or threatening a customer about a review, or asking only happy customers to review ("review gating").
• Copying reviews from other sites.

Fake or misleading reviews can breach Canada's Competition Act as well as these rules.

4. How we handle reviews

• We publish reviews whether they're positive or negative. We don't edit what reviewers write.
• We remove a review only if it breaks this policy or the law - for example it's fake, abusive, reveals personal information, is about a different business, or was submitted in exchange for a benefit.
• A Pro's rating is the average of their published reviews. We don't let anyone pay to change it, and featured placement doesn't affect it.
• If you believe a review breaks this policy, report it to support@masterofalltradesjobs.com. Disagreeing with a review isn't, on its own, a reason to remove it.

5. Your content

Reviews stay on the Platform after a booking ends so other customers can rely on them. Reviews show your first name and last initial only. If you close your account, the reviews you wrote are deleted with it.
